WHY BUY FAKE FLOWERS?

Our flowers are the perfect stress-free solution for your biggest days. Unlike fresh flowers, fake flowers are available year-round and are more durable than real flowers. Plus, you'll know exactly what you're getting before it arrives. And who doesn't want that? 

While we can't promise to take away all of your wedding day stress, we can promise that when it comes to your blooms, you'll be resting easy.

ARE YOUR SILK FLOWERS ACTUALLY MADE OF SILK?

"Silk" is a common term used in the floral industry that means "fake". While some "silk flowers" are actually made of silk, most are made of plastic, silicone, polyester, nylon, PVC, latex, rubber, or other fabrics.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DRIED AND SILK FLOWERS?

While our silk flowers are artificially made, our dried flowers were once real and have been professionally dried. We can not guarantee that your dried flowers will last as long as your silk flowers will. Depending on how dried flowers are handled, they are likely to last years. However, they do tend to be more fragile than the silk options.

Additionally, if you have allergies, dried flowers may not be for you. All arrangements that include dried flowers are noted in the product info section of the product listing. We can often substitute a dried flower for a similar fake option. If you would like to request a substitution or have any questions, please message us prior to purchase. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY FLOWERS?

For longest lasting results, keep your arrangements upright and outside of direct sunlight.

HOW ARE YOUR FLOWERS ARRANGED? 

All of our flowers are arranged by hand using the highest quality materials. Depending on the shape, size, and types of flowers found in the bouquet, we may use any of the following materials: wire, tape, floral tape, string, fishing wire, etc.

CAN I ORDER SOMETHING CUSTOM?

Yes, we love custom orders! Click here and fill out our questionnaire, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that we only take on a few custom orders each year. 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Items can take up to 14 days to be processed prior to shipping. While most of our items will ship sooner than this, we allow 14 days for processing due to the handmade nature of most of our products. If you need your order sooner than this, please message us prior to purchasing. We can often accommodate quicker turn around times when requested prior to purchasing. 

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on flower arrangements such as bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, flower combs, or flower clips.

We do allow returns and exchanges on flower stems and decor items up to 10 days after item has shipped. Any returns after those 10 days will not be accepted.

We do allow cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Any cancellation request sent after this time period will be denied. 

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

While rare, damages can sometimes happen during transit. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us at myflowercrush@gmail.com with a photo attached. Additionally, we recommend filing a claim with USPS. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
